The online dashboard is functional, but honestly, it feels a bit basic compared to some other platforms I've seen. Integrating with our accounting software was mostly smooth, but there were a couple of hiccups with the initial data sync. Customer support was responsive when I called, which was good. It's a solid 3.5 stars for value and features, but the UI could use an update.
